1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PrepAI ("the Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Service Description

PrepAI is an AI-powered voice roleplay platform that enables users to:

• Practice conversations with AI voice bots
• Create and share custom AI bots
• Earn revenue from bot usage
• Purchase credits for platform features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to simulate realistic conversations for practice, training, and entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use PrepAI. Users under 18 require parental consent. By using our Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3.2 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address
• Username
• Secure password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

PrepAI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to:

• Use AI voice roleplay bots (typically 10 credits to start a session and 10 credit per minutes)
• Create custom bots (10 credits to create)
• Access premium features

4.2 Pricing

• Credits can be purchased through our platform
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

4.3 Refunds

Credits are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Technical errors preventing service use
• Duplicate charges
• Service outages

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to founder@prepai.online

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

5. Creator Monetization Program

5.1 Earnings Structure

Bot creators can earn from their bots based on usage:

• Direct Usage: 30% of credits spent (3 out of 10 credits)
• Referred Usage: 20% of credits spent (2 out of 10 credits) and 10% for referrer (1 out of 10 credits)

5.2 Withdrawals

Currently, withdrawals are processed manually. To withdraw earnings:

• Contact us at founder@prepai.online from your registered email
• Complete KYC verification
• Provide bank account or payment details
• Minimum withdrawal: as specified in the dashboard

5.3 Creator Responsibilities

As a bot creator, you agree to:

• Create original content or have proper rights to use content
• Not create bots that violate our content policies
• Ensure bot descriptions are accurate
• Not manipulate usage statistics

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 You May NOT:

• Create bots that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Impersonate real individuals without clear fictional disclaimer
• Create sexually explicit or adult content involving minors
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Use bots or automated tools to manipulate usage or earnings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Collect or store personal data from other users
• Resell or redistribute platform access
• Create bots that provide medical, legal, or financial advice

6.2 Content Guidelines

All bot content must:

• Be appropriate for the stated category
• Include content warnings when necessary
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not contain malicious code or links

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of bots and content you create. By uploading content to PrepAI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host and display your content
• Allow users to interact with your bots
• Promote your content on the platform

7.2 Our Content

The PrepAI platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy or modify the platform code
• Use our branding without permission
• Create derivative works

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Conversations generated by AI bots are considered collaborative works between you and our AI system. We make no claims to copyright over conversation outputs.

8. Microphone and Data Usage

By using voice features, you consent to:

• Real-time audio processing by our AI system
• Transmission of voice data to our servers
• Temporary audio buffering during conversations

We do NOT:

• Store permanent recordings of your voice
• Share your voice data with third parties (except AI providers)
• Use your voice for training without explicit consent

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 AI Limitations

• Bots may provide inaccurate information
• Bots are for practice and entertainment, not professional advice
• Do not rely on bots for medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice
• Always consult qualified professionals for serious matters

9.2 Service Availability

PrepAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI responses
• Compatibility with all devices

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepAI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Voice data is processed in real-time, not stored
• You control your data and can request deletion

11. Account Termination

11.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your account will be deactivated
• Remaining credits will be forfeited
• Your bots may be removed from the platform
• Personal data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

11.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform or other users
• Remain inactive for extended periods

We will provide notice when possible, but may terminate immediately for serious violations.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before taking formal action, please contact us at founder@prepai.online to resolve disputes informally.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.3 Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for:

• Small claims court matters
• Intellectual property disputes
• Injunctive relief requests

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:

• Platform announcement
• Updated "Last Modified" date

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrepAI.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

14.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
